Its a pity that I didnt experience the customer service that others have. Owner easily and unnecessarily offended and clearly uses business to retaliate. Told several times during the day that car was being looked at and we would be telephoned. As we werent contacted previously when promised turned up on spec at end of day (after no phone call again) to find car hadnt been touched at all because they were too busy. Offended owner again when we were clearly unimpressed with this treatment. We have found other garages in the area much more professional
Holy Smokes. Never had a breakdown be this easy. To call these guys friendly professional and knowledgeable doesn't do them justice. I had cover for a hire car and still got to use one of there's seamlessly as part of the fix saving me even more hassle. The work shop is great looking with all the right tools and even when they are busy they make time for every single customer.Met with huge smiles and left with the car at the end of the day working perfectly. Highly recommend and will use again wherever possible.Great job guys!!! Keep up the good work.
