Above and beyond. On a rainy Saturday they helped a stranded nurse with the wheel. Took the car and repaired the tyre.
Terrible customer service told they do not do xenon headlights although advertised on kwik fit website that available. Sat in office and ignored for ages too. Went round the corner to vmr and got sorted. Will not bother with here again. Not the first time left unimpressed gave them second chance.

Nothing Kwik about it I'm afraid. My guess is that the lads who work there are under pressure to say yes to everyone who arrives/rings - and then can't keep to the times/promises they make. Fine if you have time on your hands and can roll with it but no good if you need things to happen to a schedule. Go elsewhere if you don't want to be messed around.
