The dog had a great time there had no problems and great staff
Excellent excellent service!!!No words can describe how happy I am for choosing this place to leave our pet for almost 2 weeks, over Christmas and New Years period.If you really care about your pet I believe this is the perfect place, as they have wonderfull, understanding and loving staff. Mylo , our pet hes lovely but can be verry nervous around new people and for first days of being there they knew how to get close of him and eventually to become friends. CJ and Rose looked after him and Im sure the others tried as well and we are aware that wasnt easy thats why we thank everyone! cant say how gratefull we are for your patience with Mylo and for getting closer and closer each day.It was a pleasent surprise checking our emails and seeing that you have sent pictures without us asking for (thanks for your prompt replies when emailed you!)Thanks for giving us a written report of how was Mylo during his staying at Hydegate Resort! Nothing bad to say just wonderfull people who I can trust from now on!!!Much appreciated,Georgiana and Adrian

Our very nervous rescue dog goes to Hydegate and stays in Meadow View. I was very worried about leaving her in kennels until we visited - the whole site is calm and the kennels are immaculate. The whole team have been amazing and have made some great progress with our dog - particularly Rose who is extremely patient and has earned our dogs trust with lots of hard work. Bonus benefits include great air conditioning during the hot summer period, extremely quiet kennels and very large bed spaces for the dogs Its also clear that safety is a top priority with locking doors/gates etc - as well as the team taking the time to understand individual dogs behaviour and issues.
